25 ml sweet almond oil

5 ml carrot oil
Directions: 3 drops on a damp face cloth.


Moisturisers are used to soften, smooth, protect and prevent moisture loss from the skin.
Determine you skin type and choose the most suitable moisturiser for you.
Apply on a wet skin before applying make-up. Gently massage the moisturiser over the skin, then press gently all over the face with pads of your fingers.

The following recipe is an effective natural eye serum which helps to prevent future wrinkles as well as smooth existing ones.
Directions: Combine all ingredients together and store in a glass bottle.
Application: Apply one drop of the oil to your finger and gently smooth the oil beneath your eye and onto the area just beneath the brow bone. Do not apply the oil directly to your eyelids.

Directions: Place the coconut oil in a small double boiler over low heat and gently warm through until melted. Add the olive oil and continue to stir until well blended. Remove from heat and add the essential oils. Whisk until mixture is quite cool, and then pour into a clean glass jar.

Directions: Combine the AloeVera gel and Witch hazel and mix thoroughly, then add the essential oils and the vitamin E and mix well. Store in a glass jar.


This simple treatment works well on a dry, damaged hair and is also a good treatment for dundruff as it loosens the scaly dried sebum from the sculp, or just as a nourishing treatment.

Directions: Heat the mixture of coconut and olive oil to lukewarm temperature, then add the rest of the oils and mix together. Massage gently into the hair. Wrap your head with a hot towel. Change the towel when it cools down. Don't shampoo your hair for at least an hour after the treatment.
